  • Excellent old school French restaurant serves up classic dishes, e.g. their famous cassoulet, and out of the word dessert cart. The massive fireplace is the center piece of their decor. Makes you feel warm and fuzzy on a cold winter night. I was told it was about 300 years old and imported from France. Now Tokyo doesn't allow fireplaces in buildings any more so this one is even more of a rarity.

  • Fantastic French in Daikanyama! Perfect for a special occasion or business dinner. The food is classic and delicious, especially the cassoulet and dessert cart. Expect to spend around $300-$400 for two with wine. The old fireplace creates a warm atmosphere. Service is attentive and professional. Highly recommended!

  • I spent a memorable anniversary at this fine dining. We had a very lovely dinner and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The place is located in beautiful neighborhood, Daikanyama. It's a proper french cuisine & many Politicians from France and Japan including Former Prime Ministers Late Shinzo Abe seem to be there. Its perfect for chillout, enjoy delicious food, business meeting and a proper romantic date celebrations. Price range for a course meal for two person with a bottle of wine will range 300$-400$. The place has beautiful wine collection which I recommend to drink one. Will go back again!

  • A french institution in Tokyo.Worth a visit to experience a very filling course meal with a succession of the most acclaimed french recipes. Make sure to save some room for the Chariot des desserts! The massive stone fireplace brings a special atmosphere to the place. Only let-down, the bread, could really do with proper bread.

  • Restaurant Pachon is an institution in Tokyo. It's much famous dish is the cassoulet. It is one of the few places not only in Japan but also worldwide that takes the time to cook the cassoulet how it should be. Any food at Restaurant Pachon is authentic. Do not hesitate to step in, not only for the cassoulet but for any dish of the Occitanie region. Special highlight also for the cheese cart and the desert trolleys, and, not to forget, the wines !
